Refund and Returns Policy

At Krishika Agrotech, we take pride in providing 100% organic and eco-friendly products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in the best condition.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required for processing returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
  • Perishable agricultural products (e.g., live plants, seeds once sown).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll happily exchange it for the same item at no extra cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team at support@krishikaagrotech.com
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return as per policy.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund:

    with your order details and product pictures.
  2. Our team will review and guide you through the process.
  3. Approved returns must be shipped to our warehouse address (to be provided upon request).
