At Krishika Agrotech, we take pride in providing 100% organic and eco-friendly products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in the best condition.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required for processing returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
- Perishable agricultural products (e.g., live plants, seeds once sown).
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).
4. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll happily exchange it for the same item at no extra cost.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team at support@krishikaagrotech.com
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return as per policy.

- Approved returns must be shipped to our warehouse address (to be provided upon request).
